Acorn Lady Tigers Fall to Bergman, Triumph Over Caddo Hills

The Lady Tigers outscored Bergman 33-24 in the first half, before Bergman edged Acorn 46-45 in the second half Friday, October 28th in the Acorn Classic.

Hill led the Lady Tigers with 32 points, shooting 56% from the floor making nine of 16 attempts, 50% from 3-point range on two of six attempts, and 100% from the free throw line making 13 of 13 attempts, with six assists, four rebounds and three steals.

Barrett scored 18 points, shooting 53% from the floor, making eight of 15 attempts, and 100% from the free throw line making two of two attempts, with one assist, one block, seven rebounds and two steals, while Fagan added 16 points, shooting 50% from the floor making five of 10 attempts, and 54% from the free throw line, making six of 11 attempts, with three assists, three rebounds and three steals.

Anderson scored 10 points, shooting 44% from the floor, making four of nine attempts, and shooting 33% from 3-point range making two of six attempts, with three assists, two rebounds, and two steals, while Bates scored two points with two assists, four rebounds and three steals and Wilhite dished out one assist.

The Lady Tigers shot 50% from the floor, 37% from 3-point range and 80% from the free throw line.

The Lady Tigers outscored the Lady Indians 25-21 in the first half and edged Caddo Hills 29-28 in the second to take a 54-49 victory Saturday, October 29th in the Acorn Classic.

Fagan led the Lady Tigers with 17 points, shooting 44% from the floor on four of nine shooting from the floor, and 90% shooting from the free throw line, making nine of 10 attempts, with three assists, four rebounds and three steals, while Barrett added 12 points, shooting 50% on five of 10 shooting from the floor, and shooting 22% from the free throw line, making two of nine attempts, with one assist, eight rebounds and two steals.

Hill scored 11 points, shooting 36% from the floor, making four of 11 attempts and 75% from the free throw line on three of four shooting, with two assists, seven rebounds and five steals, while Wilhite chipped in with eight point, shooting 100% making two of two attempts from the floor, and shooting 60% from the free throw line making three of five attempts, with three assists, two rebounds and four steals.

Anderson scored three points, shooting 20% on one of five shooting from the floor, with one assist and two rebounds, while Branson scored three points, shooting 33% making one of three attempts from the floor with one assist.

The Lady Tigers shot 41% from the floor, 60% from 3-point range and 56% from the free throw line.
