A service of remembrance will be held at Beasley Wood Chapel, Mena at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2015, with burial to follow at Old Dallas Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Polk County Humane Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
