    Arkansas Havoc Jr. Basketball Team Earns 2013 State Championship Title

    Arkansas Havoc Jr. basketball team, comprised of girls from the southwest part of Arkansas, earned the 2013 Arkansas State Champions, as well as runners-up in the Super-regional tournament.
