    Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Raises $98.4 Million for Scholarships

    (LITTLE ROCK)  The 10-year-old Arkansas Scholarship Lottery raised $98.4 million for college scholarships in the fiscal year that ended June 30, eclipsing the previous record set in its second full fiscal year of operations, the lottery reported Wednesday.
