Charlotte Ann Morgan, age 72, of Mena, entered into eternal peace on Friday, June 23, 2017, peacefully in her home.
Charlotte was born on November 7, 1944, a daughter of late James Thomas and Dovie Thomas. She grew up in Grapevine, Texas with her brothers and sisters. Charlotte worked in many trades to support her family. Charlotte was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart, and was always giving to her loved ones.
She is greeted in Heaven by her father, James Wesley Thomas; her brother, Jerry Thomas, her son, Johnny Howard, her granddaughter, Jessica Vieira-Kizzar, and her two great granddaughters, Chloe and Maria Kizzar.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her loving mother, Dovie Thomas of Roanoke, Texas, her husband Charles Douglas Morgan of Mena; her sisters; Brenda Thomas of Roanoke, Texas, Laneta Gayoso of Roanoke, Texas, Lisa Speights of Roanoke , Texas and Linda Dennis of Roanoke, Texas; also by her brothers, Randy Thomas of Roanoke, Texas, and Bobby Thomas of Roanoke, Texas; her daughters, Brenda Pace of Mena, Sherry Starnes of Springtown, Texas, Carrie Kelton of Mena, Vicky Johnson of Cash, Texas, and Anita Salls of Mena; her sons, Larry Howard of Van, Texas, Terry Howard of Mena, Charles Morgan II of Mena, Clint Morgan of Mena, and Robert Morgan of Mena, her many grandchildren and great grandchildren that loved her dearly; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 26, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at the Bowser Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jason Barnes officiating. Visitation will be Monday, June 26, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. one hour before the service starts at the Bowser Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mena. Interment will follow in the Canaanland Cemetery in Mena.
Pallbearers will be Charles Morgan II, Clint Morgan, Sam Morgan, Jacky Morgan, Robert Morgan and Travis Pearson.
