The Cossatot River High School Music Dept will present their spring concert, A Night at the Movies, on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. The choir portion of the concert will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the band concert following at 7:30 p.m. in the Holbert Auditorium in Wickes, AR. Featured in the band concert will be 7th and 8th grade bands and the CRHS Sr. Band. The choir concert will feature the 7th grade TrebleMakers, 8th grade TrebleTones, 7th/8th grade AccaFellas, senior high ladies Cantabile, and the senior high mixed choir Noteworthy. Songs for the performance include the most popular hits from old and new movie favorites such as Pitch Perfect, The Lion King, O Brother Where Art Thou, and many others.
End of the year choir and band awards will also be given, and senior band and choir members will be recognized.
2017 Choir Seniors are Megan Andrews, Silas Barrett, Jessica Eledge, Kim Evans, Jordan Glover, Lara Herrlich, Allyson Hoyle, Rachel Lyle, Gabbi Pritchett, Jordan Schmitz, Caylee Stuart, Abby Taylor, Karli Underwood, and Sabrina Ward.
2017 Band Seniors are Gilberto Cervantes, Jose Cordova, Isaac Counts, Alejandro Gonzalez, Casandra Lopez, Alissa Miles, Liliana Trinidad, and Ashley Wenzel.
The band is under the direction of Timothy Walston and the choir is under the direction of Susan Brewer.
Come out May 2 and be entertained by 200 talented CRHS Music Deparment students.
