Deborah Donahey Longest, age 64 of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in Mena.
Deborah was born on January 26, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas to John Donahey and Billie McCaskey Donahey. She was in the new homes insurance business by profession. Deborah was a dedicated member of The Art Gallery, teaching kids art classes. She enjoyed crafting and was an avid movie and music trivia buff. Deborah was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to all who knew her.
She is survived by sons, Michael Roser of Louisiana, Aaragon Markwell and wife Malinda of Southbend, Washington; daughters, Suzanne Hickson of Vandervoort, Arkansas, Jennifer Clark and husband Jason of Pine Prairie, Louisiana; grandchildren, Ryan Weems, Kathryn Watkins and husband Adam, Carolyn Hickson, Tony Hickson, Jr. and wife Tonya; step-mother, Lillian Donahey of Leakey, Texas; step-sisters, Patricia, Janice and Mary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul Longest, a brother, Edwin Bubba McCray, sister, Cindy Koenig, sons-in-law, Tony Hickson, Sr. and Carl Weems.
Memorial service will be Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Beasley Wood Chapel with Brother Reggie Fryar officiating.
Mrs. Longest was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
