Jimmy Carl Curry age 69, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in Mena.
Jimmy was born on September 15, 1948 in Mena, Arkansas to Carl Curry and Pauline Wolfenberger Curry. He was a painter in the Automotive and Aircraft Industry. One of his favorite hobbies was stock car racing, in which he participated. Jimmy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his son Patrick Curry and wife Kellie of Spring, Texas a Daughter, Amanda Tolbert and husband Chris of Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Grandchildren, Brandon, Cadon, and Hunter Curry. Mother, Pauline Curry, brothers Dewayne Curry and wife Perri, Freddy Curry and wife Normie. Nieces, Amy Harrison, Ashley Chumley, Jordan Robinson, Miranda Caldwell, Melissa Tarkinton and Ashton Curry. Nephews, Mike Tarkinton and Greg Tarkinton. A great-niece, Autumn Chumley. Special thank-you to his best friend, Mike Campbell. A host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Curry, a sister Linda Tarkinton and husband Boyd and nephew Tony Curry.
Mr. Curry was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
