She was born July 16, 1953 in Waldron, Arkansas to George Watts and Lorene Essman Watts. JoAnn was a truck driver by profession, and loved spending time gardening and doing arts and crafts. She was a member of the Pine Log Baptist Church, and was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to all who knew and loved her. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by sons David Boyd of Mena, Arkansas, Woody Osborn of Mena, Arkansas, Sean Osborn of Mena, Arkansas; daughter Misty Scott and husband Kenny of Mena, Arkansas; sisters Shirley Watkins of Waldron, Arkansas, Phyllis Suttles of Waldron, Arkansas, Janice Ehlen of Tyler, Texas; grandchildren Matthew Scott, Charlie Scott, Shaaylyne Scott; seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Lorene Watts; her husband Paul Osborn; and a brother Bobby Watts.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at Haw Creek Baptist in Waldron, Arkansas. Interment will follow in the Sehorn Cemetery in Waldron under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena. Visitation will be general.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Scott, Matthew Scott, Dylan Foster, Randell Watkins, Tony Suttles, and Ray Counts.
