Michael Wayne Williams, 42, of Mena was charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Owner of a local grocery store reported that someone had passed a forged check. Case is pending.

January 28, 2014

A local man reported that a television set had been stolen from his residence. Case is pending.

Mark L. A. Fussell, 29, of Mena was charged with possession of an illegal weapon.

January 29, 2014

A local man reported that someone had broken into his home and had tied him up and had stolen money and a display case of knives. Case is pending.

Charles Lee M. Chambers, 23, of Mena was charged with third degree battery and public intoxication after officers responded to a call at a local residence. A records check showed that Chambers had a felony warrant out of LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

A Mena man reported that someone had broken into his pick-up and had stolen several items from the glovebox. Case is pending further investigation.

Jamie Ray Arce, 30, of Mena was arrested for parole violation.

January 30, 2014

A 16-year-old Mena girl was charged with assault on a family member and was transported to a juvenile facility.

A local woman reported that someone had used her debit card without her knowledge. Case is pending.

Jessica Yvette Siler, 30, of Mena was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

January 31, 2014

Officers responded to a complaint of an altercation between two men at a local construction site. No charges were filed.

Employees at a local pharmacy reported that someone had broken the window of a delivery vehicle. Case pending.

A local man reported that his son’s bicycle had been stolen from their yard. The bicycle is described as 26-inch black and burnt orange Mongoose, with blue and black pegs on the front. Case is pending.

A Mena woman reported that her wallet was lost or stolen when she was at a local office complex. Case is pending.

A local man reported that his daughter and her boyfriend had shattered the rear windshield of his vehicle. Case is pending interview of suspects.

February 1, 2014

Michael Harvey, 40, of Mena was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Montgomery County. In a subsequent search, marijuana was found in his wallet and he was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Officers completed an additional 10 reports and worked three accidents.
