POLK COUTY CIRCUIT COURT ARRAIGNMENT

Dennis Howard, age 45, was arraigned on three counts. Count one for Delivery Of Methamphetamine Or Cocaine. The count states that on or about December 13, 2018, the defendant did, acting alone or as an accomplice, deliver methamphetamine or cocaine to another person in a quantity of less than two grams, constituting a Class C Felony.

The state intends to pursue enhanced penalties against Mr. Howard due to the fact that he has been convicted of more than one, but fewer than 4 felonies.

Mr. Howard was also arraigned on two additional counts of Delivery Of Methamphetamine Or Cocaine. Count one states that on or about June 14, 2018, the defendant did, acting alone or as an accomplice, deliver methamphetamine or cocaine to another person in a quantity of less than two grams, constituting a Class C Felony. And Count two states that on or about June, 26 2018, the defendant did, acting alone or as an accomplice, deliver methamphetamine or cocaine to another person in a quantity of less than two grams, constituting a Class C Felony.

Wendy Strother, age 48, was arraigned on three counts. Count one for Battery In The First Degree. The count states that Ms. Strother on or about February 16, 2016 acting alone or as an accomplice to Prairie Strother McBee and Angel Lunsford, the defendant, did knowingly cause serious physical injury to any person four years of age or younger under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, constituting a Class Y Felony.

Count two for Hindering Apprehension Or Prosecution. The count states that in or on about February 16, 2016 the defendant did, with the purpose to hinder the apprehension, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of another person for an offense, did purposefully lie, constituting a Class B Felony.

Count three for Endangering The Welfare Of A Minor In The First Degree, that in or on about February 16, 2016 the defendant did being a parent of guardian, or person legally charged with care or custody of a minor purposefully engage in conduct creating a substantial risk of death or serious injury to a minor, constituting a Class D Felony.

Angel Lunsford, age 18, was arraigned on three counts. Count one for Battery In The First Degree. The count states that Ms. Lunsford on or about February 16, 2016 acting alone or as an accomplice to Prairie Strother McBee and Wendy Strother, the defendant, did knowingly cause serious physical injury to any person four years of age or younger under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, constituting a Class Y Felony.

Prairie Strother McBee, age 27, was arraigned on three counts. Count one for Battery In The First Degree. The count states that Ms. Strother McBee on or about February 16, 2016 acting alone or as an accomplice to Angel Lunsford and Wendy Strother, the defendant, did knowingly cause serious physical injury to any person four years of age or younger under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, constituting a Class Y Felony.

Kyle Lee Alexander, age 22, was arraigned on two counts. Count one for Delivery Of Methamphetamine Or Cocaine. The count states that on or about June 18, 2018, the defendant did, acting alone or as an accomplice, deliver methamphetamine or cocaine to another person in a quantity of two grams or more, but less than ten grams by aggregate weight including diluents or adulterants, constituting a Class B Felony.

Count two for Delivery Of Methamphetamine Or Cocaine. The count states that on or about June 18, 2018, the defendant did, acting alone or as an accomplice to Sierra Horner, delivered Methamphetamine to another person in quantity of less than two grams by aggregate weight including diluents or adulterants, constituting a Class C Felony

The State of Arkansas Hereby notifies the defendant it intends to pursue enhanced penalties since it is alleged that the sales of Methamphetamine were within one thousand feet of the real property of a school, subjecting him to an additional consecutive sentence of ten years.

All information is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
