RE/MAX Mena Real Estate Sales Associates earned several awards at the Arkansas Awards Celebration at the DoubleTree Suites in Bentonville, Arkansas, this past week.
Sales Associates who attended the event were The Coles, and Kevin Smallwood.
Kevin was honored with receiving the prestigious Platinum Level Award for production, the first award of this level to be awarded to the RE/MAX Mena Office. Kevin is the Team Leader of Team Smallwood, working with his wife, Rebecca. Their Team has consistently been Top Producers, and we look forward to this level of award continuing for Team Smallwood. It is quite an accomplishment. Farrell also received a production award of the Executive Level. Others who were awarded, but who were not able to be present, were Nancy Wright and Nan Gaddis, who qualified for the Executive Club Level, and Debbie Pate, who earned the next higher level into the 100% Club Level.
In Addition, Debbie Pate and Nancy Wright earned induction into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame for their consistent production levels through the years, joining Kevin Smallwood who was inducted into the Hall of Fame last year, and joining Farrell Cole, who was inducted in 2010. This award recognizes these Sales Associates as the elite in the entire real estate industry. The plaques state that their careers with RE/MAX have produced real estate sales exceeding those of entire companies, and that with this extraordinary professional achievement, they are qualified for a Place of Honor in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. This is an once-in-a-lifetime award, and these awards are received with great pride, since our local area is so rural with fewer total area sales than many sales regions.
The Cole’s said, “We’re very proud of our sales associates, as always, especially the level that Kevin has qualified for; and we’re also very proud of our professional staff, as our Sales Associates could not produce consistently without their support. These awards show that over 50% of our active sales associates qualified for the top production awards in the State of Arkansas, in addition to the International Awards.
The RE/MAX Mena Real Estate office was also recognized for being a “Miracle Office” for their contributions to Children’s Miracle Network. RE/MAX Mena has been a “Miracle Office” from its beginning in 2001, with each agent giving part of each commission they earn, to Children’s Miracle Network.
“We’re just very Proud. All of our sales associates and staff always help our office look good. They all work hard, but they do a lot for the community too, and we’re very proud of every one of them.” Cole said.
RE/MAX Mena Real Estate began as Mena Real Estate in 1994. Farrell and Sharon Cole, owners, purchased the RE/MAX franchise in 2001. The office continues to lead the local market in numbers of sales and dollar volume of sales, with over 31% of the market in 2017.
RE/MAX was founded in 1973 by Dave and Gail Liniger. From a single office in Denver, Colorado, it has grown into a global network of over 115,000 Sales Associates in almost 100 countries, who continue to out-produce the competition, averaging more sales than other real estate agents. RE/MAX leads the industry with experienced, professional agents—agents who are trained and educated through the award-winning RE/MAX University. All U. S. home listings in thousands of cities and towns across the world can be found at www.remax.com, regardless of the company who lists the property.
