RE/MAX Agents Earn Annual Sales Production Awards

Sharon Cole, Broker of RE/MAX Mena Real Estate, announced the following awards were earned.  Kevin Smallwood, Nancy Wright and Debbie Pate earned the Executive Club Level Award for production. Kevin Smallwood earned the 100% Club Award but was unable to attend the celebration.  Each qualified for the OVERALL TOP 100 in the MID-STATES REGION.  All five also qualified for the RE/MAX International Executive Club Level Award. These awards are based on commission income earned and numbers of transactions in the previous year.

These are great accomplishments for these sales associates being so successful in a “down” market, and RE/MAX Mena Real Estate is very proud of their successes.  Their production is above the national average for real estate associates.

These Awards were presented by the RE/MAX Mid-States Region at the annual Awards Luncheon in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Nancy Wright was also recognized for her 10-year Anniversary with RE/MAX, and Farrell Cole was recognized as being a member of  RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, which is based on total commissions earned and numbers of transactions closed.

Nancy Wright, new Sales Associates Amanda Warrington and Joshua Marshall, and Farrell and Sharon Cole attended the luncheon, and are pictured with Wayne Fredrick, RE/MAX Mid-States Regional Director.

All our agents work hard, and we’re proud to have these associates receiving these awards, in addition to receiving Arkansas Realtor Awards for their sales production, Cole said.   Not only do they work hard, but they all spend time volunteering in the community with civic organiza-tions and serving on Boards and Associations in the area.

RE/MAX was founded in 1973 by Dave and Gail Liniger.  From a single office in Denver, Colorado, it has grown into a global network of over 90,000 Sales Associates in 90 countries, who continue to out-produce the competition, averaging more sales than other real estate agents.  RE/MAX leads the industry with experienced, professional agents—agents who are trained and educated through the award-winning RE/MAX University.  Today, all U. S. home listings in thousands of cities and towns across the world can be found at, regardless of the company who lists the property.

RE/MAX Mena Real Estate began as Mena Real Estate in 1994.  Farrell and Sharon Cole, owners, purchased the RE/MAX franchise in 2001.  The office leads the local market in numbers of sales and dollar volume of sales, with presently over 30% of the market in 2013. RE/MAX Mena has been a “Miracle Office” from the beginning, supporting Children’s Miracle Network, with each agent giving part of each commission they earn, to CMN.
