A counterfeit $50.00 bill was submitted to officers.  It had been received at a local business.  Case is pending. Mr. Elmer Rainwater age 95 of Mena, Arkansas passed away Monday August 13, 2018 in Mena. He was born on May 11, 1923 in Big Fork, Arkansas to W.E. July 29, 2018 Mikos Pierce, 18, of Mena was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following a call to a local residence. ORSD Installs Filling Stations

Ouachita River School District was awarded a grant in the amount of $1,822.60 from Innovative Solutions for Educational Partnerships (ISEP) to purchase two water bottle filling stations. One in the high school hallway and one installed in the gym. The filling stations have been a huge success on our campus.
