BASSCATS COMPETE IN ARKANSAS YOUTH FISHING FEDERATION STATE CHAMPIONSHIP BASS TOURNAMENT

June 1st through 3rd, the Basscats had three teams compete in the Arkansas Youth Fishing Federation State Championship Bass Tournament on Lake Ouachita. Austin Rose and Evan Graves took third in the Junior Division. Austin Johnston and Andrew Graves took fourth and Cason Cannon took seventh in the Senior Division.

STATE PARKS, RECREATION AND TRAVEL COMMISSION APPROVED A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH QUEEN WILHELMINA TRAIN OPERATOR

Thursday morning, the Arkansas Department of Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission voted to approve a lease agreement with the operator of the Queen Wilhelmina train.
