James Calvin Holmes

Mr. James Calvin Holmes, age 60, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023, in Texas. He was born January 25, 1963, in Mena, Arkansas, to Charles E. and Betty Lou (Davis) Holmes.

Mr. Holmes was an oil rig and windmill accident investigator for the United States government by profession. He was also a member of the United States Army National Guard. James was a member of the Ouachita Mountain Boys, loving playing music with them. He also loved flying and hunting.

Mr. Holmes is survived by his spouse, Brandy Holmes; sons, Brandon Holmes and Jade Holmes; daughters, Stephanie Holmes Bobo and Rylee Holmes; grandchildren, Zoey Garner and Chance Garner; his father, Charles E. Holmes, and by his mother, Betty Lou (Davis) Holmes.
