[MENA, Ark.] Local singer/songwriter Logan Lind and his bandmates (brothers Tyler and Ethan Squires of Cove) just returned from a 6-gig engagement in Houston, Texas. While in Texas they had the privilege of headlining during “Launch Week” at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, known for launching the careers of such great Christian artists as Chris Tomlin and Matthew West. They also performed at the popular Dosey Doe Music Cafe where they opened for JB & The Moonshine Band.
From Houston, they traveled to Clifton (the Norwegian Capital of Texas) to work with Hollywood filmmaker Will Godby. Logan, who is a Norwegian/American, is working with Godby on a promotional video that will be shown in both Norway and the U.S., highlighting his music and the cultural link between the two countries.
They are now gearing up to travel overseas, where they’re booked to perform at some of Norway’s most popular summer festivals, sharing the stage with Scandinavia’s top artists.
If you enjoyed Logan and his band at Mena’s Lum & Abner festival recently, they will be bringing his “Folk/Rock with a Scandinavian Edge” to The Crossing’s Independence Day celebration, 7 PM, Friday July 4th at McMillan Park or follow Logan Lind and listen to his music visit: www.loganlind.com.
