
He was survived by his loving wife and soul mate Lea Kay Isabella Bates; their fur babies; his mother, Marilyn Kay Shields; stepfather, Jimmy Shields; grandfather, Jack Allen; brother, Zach Bates; nieces, Kailey Faith Wade, Abbigale Augustine Cook, and Zoey Jule Bates; sister-in-law, Amanda Bates; sister, Alanah Allen; aunt, Barbara Allen; uncle, Doug Allen; father-in-law, Dale Sedbrook; mother-in-law, Julia Sedbrook; brother-in-law, Jordan Cardwell; niece, Candace Cardwell; and so, so many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Julia Jeanne Allen, and our two sweet babies that never made it to this world. He was a truly unique individual that will never be forgotten for he was loved by so many. He will always be in our thoughts and hearts.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Bowser Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mena with cremation services entrusted to Bowser Family Funeral Home in Mena, Arkansas.
