Manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, and purposefully impeded or prevented the respiration of a family or household members blood by applying pressure on her throat or neck, or by blocking the nose or mouth of a family or household member. Class D Felony.

Count #3: Interference With Emergency Communications in the First Degree. Knowingly displace, damage or disable Shawna Morris’ telephone or other communication device with the purpose of defeating the other person’s ability to request with good cause emergency assistance from a law enforcement agency, medical facility, or other government agency or entity that provides emergency assistance.
