Deputies responded to a report of a theft from a residence on Polk 269 near Cove.

Deputies responded to a report of a theft at a residence on Hwy 71 N near Mena.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 274 near Cove in reference to a possible break-in.

Deputies responded to an incident on Hwy 246 near Hatfield leading to the arrest of Joy Starr, 48, of Mena and Teresa Denton, 53, of Mena on a charge of Public Intoxication.

Brandon Rose, 27, of Mena was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Carter Creek Lane near Mena in reference to a physical altercation.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Roach Avenue near Mena in reference to a possible assault.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 N near Mena in reference to an unruly juvenile.

 

September 11, 2025

Deputies responded to a theft from a vehicle on Polk 76 E near Acorn.

Randy Whitehead, 43, of Eagletown, OK was arrested on three Failure to Appear Warrants and a warrant for Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements.

 

September 12, 2025

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a sexual assault.

A traffic stop on Hwy 71 N near Mena led to Basil Shaner of Tulsa, OK being issued a citation for Careless and Prohibited Driving and No Proof of Insurance.

Deputies responded to a report of stolen firearms.

 

September 13, 2025

Timothy Bass, 45, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving on a DWI Suspended License as well as to be held for another agency.

Laine Barber, 30, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for 1st Degree Criminal Mischief.

Mark Woodward, 22, of Hatfield was arrested on a warrant for 1st Degree Criminal Mischief.

 

September 14, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 18 near Cove in reference to an unattended death.
