“Mr. Philpot has been an icon in our community with his many leadership roles through the years, besides being the general manager of Rich Mountain Electric. Then, when you combine that with each of the contributions all of their staff make throughout our community, besides keeping our county powered, we felt they were more than deserving,” said Pulse publishers David and LeAnn Dilbeck.
