Brian Logan, age 33 of Cherry Hill, was killed Wednesday night, August 21, in a collision with an 18-wheeler.
According to the preliminary fatal crash summary report filed by Arkansas State Police Trooper Tommy Stueart, a 2003 Mack semi-truck and trailer was turning west onto Hwy 88 from Polk County Road 63. Logan was eastbound in his 2010 Dodge pickup and struck the left rear of the trailer, which was across the eastbound lane.
Logan was pronounced deceased at the scene by Polk County Coroner Brian Bowser.
The driver of the Mack truck, James A. Warford of Waldron, was not injured in the accident.
Logan is survived by his wife, Laura, and two daughters, Lindsey and Emilee Lewis.
