Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to harassment.

Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle accident on Polk 37 near Hatfield.

Deputies responded to a report of a stolen vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 600 near Shady in reference to a physical domestic disturbance. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a possible scam.

 

June 18, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 N near Acorn in reference to damaged mailboxes.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 295 near Hatfield in reference to a physical altercation leading to the arrest of Sheri Hill, 48, of Hatfield on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

 

June 19, 2025

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to the violation of an Order of Protection. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Ricky Wright, 48, of Mena was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Robert Castillo, 56, of Hatfield was arrested on warrants for Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, Contempt of Court for Failure to Pay Fines, Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, and 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

 

June 20, 2025

Deputies responded to a report of a theft.

A traffic stop led to the arrest of Thomas Posey, 50, of Mena on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Proof of Insurance, and No Vehicle License.

Tammy Moudy, 53, of Cove was arrested on a Body Attachment.

 

June 21, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 93 near Mena in reference to a theft.

Jessica Mayo, 39, of Wickes was arrested on a warrant for Delivery of Methamphetamine or Cocaine.

James Case, Jr., 52, of Grannis was arrested on a warrant for 1st Degree Criminal Mischief, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Violation of a no Contact Order.

 

June 22, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 8 West near Mena in reference to a physical altercation. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

John Nursery, 52, of Mena was arrested by an officer with the Arkansas State Police on charges of No Driver’s License, DWI 1st, and Careless and Prohibited Driving.

 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office worked 1 vehicle accident this week.
