Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 675 near Big Fork leading to the arrest of Jeremiah McCog, 45, of Mena on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, Refusal to Submit to Arrest, and Possession of Open Container Containing Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.

Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence.

Francisco Fuentes Ramirez, 40, of DeQueen was booked on a warrant for Violation of an Order of Protection and Harassment.

 

September 16, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 31 near Cove for a welfare check.

Lee Wisnoski, 51, of Mena was arrested on warrants for Fleeing on Foot, Probation Violation, and Failure to Appear.

 

September 17, 2025

Deputies responded to a report of harassment.

Kelly McCarley, 46, of Grannis was arrested on a warrant for 1st Degree Terroristic Threatening and Kidnapping.

 

September 18, 2025

Deputies responded to a welfare check.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 88 E near Cherry Hill in reference to a welfare check.

Kelly McCarley, 46, of Grannis was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a parole hold.

 

September 19, 2025

Deputies responded to a report of an accident on Polk 23 near Cove.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a theft of medications.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 753 near Mena in reference to mail being vandalized.

Deputies responded to a report of property damage near Cove.

 

September 20, 2025

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant of a possible break-in. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Victoria Decker, 36, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possess of Drug Paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a trespasser.

 

September 21, 2025

Deputies responded to a residence on Polk 47 near Mena in reference to a trespasser.

Deputies responded to a report of a violation of an order of protection.

Deputies responded to a report of trespassers on Polk 106 near Acorn leading to the arrest of Kyle Walters, 38, of Mena on two Failure to Appear Warrants.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on W Boundary Road near Mena in reference to a verbal altercation.

 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office worked 2 vehicle accidents this week.
