Billy Davis, 60, of Mena was arrested on a charge of Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements.

 

February 10, 2026

Deputies responded to a report of a missing person. The subject was later located.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 710 near Mena in reference to a domestic assault leading to Joy Starr and Tearesa Denton both being issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct.

Deputies responded to a report of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

Contact was made with Nathanial Brown, 26, of Mena on Hwy 71 S near Hatfield leading to his arrest on a charge of Public Intoxication.

An incident on Polk 647 near Mena led to the arrest of Patrick Craft, 33, of Heavener on charges of Public Intoxication and Driving on a Suspended or Revoked Driver’s License.

Kristen Everhart, 37, of Hatfield was booked on a Drug Court Sanction.

 

February 11, 2026

Rodney McQueen, 47, of Mena was arrested on two Body Attachment Warrants.

Joshua Cunningham, 44, of Mena was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a Drug Court Sanction.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to domestic battery.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 8 E near Board Camp in reference to a trespasser and harassment.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 88 E near Cherry Hill in reference to a physical altercation.

Jay McKee, 34, of Mena was arrested by an officer with the Arkansas State Police on charges of Careless and Prohibited Driving, No Seatbelt, and DWI.

 

February 12, 2026

Deputies responded to a residence on Polk 288 near Mena in reference to a theft.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to being run off the road.

Terrie Williams, 38, of Mena was arrested by an officer with the Drug Task Force on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as four Failure to Appear Warrants.

Mario Caramez, 43, of Mena was arrested on a Body Attachment as well as charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine.

 

February 13, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 47 near Mena in reference to an altercation.

Deputies were dispatched to a business near Cove in reference to property damage.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 117 near Acorn in reference to a theft.

 

February 14, 2026

An incident near Cove led to the arrest of James Cochran, 42, of Cove on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Cruelty to a Dog, Cat, or Horse.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to harassment. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

A vehicle accident on Polk 54 near Mena led to the arrest of Lance Wittwer, 28, of Mena on a charge of DWI.

A traffic stop on Reine Street in Mena led to the arrest of Raymond Petros, 56, of Mena on a charge of Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hidden Lane near Mena in reference to a welfare check.

John Timcoe, 50, of Cove was arrested by an officer with the Arkansas State Police on charges of DWI and Speeding.
