February 23, 2026

An incident on Polk 122 near Mena led to the arrest of Ashley Clem, 33, of Mena on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Anthony Robertson, 35, of Mena was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on a Parole Hold.

Dakota Higgins, 24, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for 3rd Degree Battery and 1st Degree Criminal Mischief.

Deputies responded to a report of a missing individual. The subject was later located.

 

February 24, 2026

Deputies responded to a report of stolen/missing handguns.

Chelsea Carterby, 19, of Cove was arrested on a 3rd Degree Battery Warrant.

Christopher Carterby, 42, of Cove was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

 

February 25, 2026

Johnathan McBee, 24, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

February 26, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 194 near Ink in reference to a verbal domestic altercation.

Tammy Jennings, 59, of Mena was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole to be held for another agency.

 

February 27, 2026

James Case, 52, of Grannis was arrested on a body attachment.

Timothy Hooks, 40, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine.

Jack Barron, 79, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.

Todd Warner of Mena was issued a citation for Reckless Burning.

 

February 28, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 88 E near Yocana in reference to a vehicle accident leading to the arrest of Tara Hart, 19, of Mena on charges of Underage DUI and Careless and Prohibited Driving.

Janie Farley, 71, of Mena was arrested on warrants for 3rd Degree Domestic Battery, 3rd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, and 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

Seth Singleton, 36, of Mena was arrested on a Body Attachment.

 

March 1, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 614 near Mena in reference to a verbal dispute.

Marcos Parra, 32, of Grannis was arrested on two Failure to Appear Warrants.

 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office worked 2 vehicle accidents this week.
