Joy Starr, 49, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 233 in reference to a dispute leading to the arrest of Jerry Harrison, 66, of Cove on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

Kimberly Taylor, 60, of Grannis was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.
