Joseph Lawrence, 43, of Mena was booked on a warrant for 2nd Degree Stalking.

Barbara Connell, 41, of Mena was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a Drug Court Sanction.

Levi Poor, 38, of Mena was arrested on a 3rd Degree Domestic Battery Warrant, two Failure to Appear Warrants, and to be held for another agency.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of a disturbance at a residence on Polk 647 near Mena.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 93 near Mena in reference to threats being made. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a theft of property.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Robin Lane near Acorn in reference to a disturbance.

Deputies responded to a report of a missing person. The subject was later located.

Brandon House, 20, of Umpire was arrested on charges of Underage DUI, Violation Ignition Interlock Device, Purchase Intoxicating Liquor by Minor, and Driving on a DWI Suspended License.

Dackotta Nickles, 27, of Smithville was arrested by an officer with the Arkansas State Police on charges of DWI, Operating ATV on Public Highway, Speeding on County Road, Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, and No Proof of Insurance.

 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office worked 1 vehicle accident this week.
