A benefit auction and dinner is being held to benefit Robby Birtcher who was recently diagnosed with Wegeners Disease, a rare disease that destroys the small blood veins in the body. Birtcher, age 45, spent 52 days in the hospital and has been unable to work since late January and requires constant care.
Robby, his wife Sonja, and their three children have needs both medically and for daily living expenses. All money raised at the benefit will go to the family.
The dinner will include pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans, roll, and a drink. Adult plates (ages 13 & up) are $7 and children’s plates are $5.
The live auction and drawing will include a raffle for a Generac Generator, Browning Xbolt 270 rifle, and an Xbox 360. Cakes, pies, and other desserts to be auctioned are appreciated.
The event will be held at the Polk County Fairgrounds on Saturday, April 30, 2016, beginning at 4 p.m.
