September 3, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 36 near Hatfield in reference to an unattended death.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 980 near Mena in reference to a domestic altercation leading to the arrest of Jody Cook, 18, of Mena on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery. Also arrested was Raphael Overturf, 20, of Mena on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

Tyse Lambert, 37, of Mena was booked on a Drug Court Sanction.

Jennifer Emfinger, 39, of Gillham was arrested by an officer with the Grannis Police Department on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

 

September 4, 2025

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to harassment.

James Jennings, 46, of Waldron was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Ralph Hobbs, 32, of Mena was booked on a warrant for Interference with Custody.

Justin Floyd, 35, of Washington, AR was booked on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

 

September 5, 2025

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a missing or stolen firearm.

Deputies responded to a report of animal cruelty.

 

September 6, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 70 near Cherry Hill in reference to a property dispute. Information has been provided to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 117 near Acorn in reference to a property dispute.

Destinee Brantley, 27, of Oden was arrested by an officer with the Arkansas State Police to be held for another agency.
