Joseph Stubbs, 50, of Mena was arrested on a Body Attachment Warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 N near Acorn in reference to a drowning.

Deputies responded to a report of a possible rape.

Jody Carter, 41, of Cove was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant.

Shaon Watts, 47, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for 3rd Degree Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License.

James Bearden, III, 39, of Mena was arrested on six Failure to Appear Warrants.

 

May 26, 2026

Deputies responded to a report of a damaged mailbox at a residence on Hwy 8 West near Rocky.

Donnie Dollarhyde, 52, of Mena was arrested on five Failure to Appear Warrants.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a scam.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a theft.

Joshua Heifner, 41, of Mena was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant.

Deputies responded to a report of a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was later located.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 327 near Mena in reference to property damage.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a theft.

Charles Alexander, 22, of DeQueen was arrested on six Failure to Appear Warrants.

 

May 29, 2026

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a theft from a business near Hatfield.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 47 near Mena in reference to a disturbance leading to the arrest of Candice Weaver, 43, of Mena on charges of 3rd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Communication a False Alarm.

Deputies were dispatched to Polk 178 near Acorn in reference to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later located.

 

May 30, 2026

Deputies responded to a sexual assault report.

Deputies responded to a physical domestic disturbance call at a residence on Polk 44 near Mena. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

 

May 31, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 44 near Mena in reference to threatening messages being received leading to the arrest of Jennifer Lyons, 49, of Mena on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Deputies were dispatched to the Visitor’s Center on Hwy 88 W near Mena in reference to an unresponsive subject leading to the arrest of Dayven Breeden, 19, of Mena on a charge of Public Intoxication.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to threats being made.
