Acorn FCCLA members, FCS president and science club members gathered recently at Walmart for the annual Sorge Christmas Angel shopping spree.
Thanks to the assistance and generosity of Beth Sorge Crawford, Acorn FFA, Acorn Science Club, Ronelle Oglesby, Acorn FCCLA, Sharon McGee and Walmart’s Brandie Field, six children were provided with special Christmas blessings.
This yearly collaborative community outreach project is done in memory and honor of Ellen Sorge, longtime Acorn School secretary, administrative assistant and child advocate.
