Arraignments from the Prosecuting Attorney 18W Judicial District

The following individuals were named on August 9, 2021 by the Prosecuting Attorney for the 18th West Judicial District as being defendants against the State of Arkansas (and are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law):

Jereme L. Baughman, 44, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 23 of one count of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, on April 11, 2021 in an amount less than 2 grams, a Class D Felony; and one count Harassment on the same date against Charles Krebbs, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Austin Tyler Nickles, 23, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 23 of one count of Criminal Mischief in the 1^st Degree on June 24 by causing $25,000 or more of damage, a Class B Felony.

Michelle D. Bice, 43, white female, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 23 of one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (methamphetamine) on August 9, a Class D Felony.

Tina M. Richey, 34, white female, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 29 of one count Failure to Appear to answer an April 12, 2021 felony charge for one count of Possession of Meth., a class B Felony; and one additional count of  Failure to Appear to answer an April 12, 2021 charge for one count of Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Meth., a Class C Felony.

Christopher Jackson, 35, white male, was arrested July 26 on a warrant issued May 29, 2019 for Probation Violation for the original offense of Domestic Battering in the Third Degree, Terroristic Threatening, Criminal Mischief in the 1^st degree.

Tyler Joseph Cornelius, 27, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 23 of one count Carrying a Weapon on July 15, a Class A Misdemeanor; and one count Aggravated Assault on the same date, a Class D Felony.

Carrie Lydell Garza, 51, white female, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 23 of one count Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, in an amount less than 2 grams, on July 15, a Class D Felony; and one count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, methamphetamine, on the same date, a Class D Felony; and one count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, methamphetamine or cocaine, on the same date, a Class D Felony.

Robert Schmidt, 26, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 23, of one count Delivery of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, on October 14, 2019, in a quantity less than 2 grams, a Class C Felony.

Zachary M. Abner, 29, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 28 of three counts of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Subsequent Offense, a Class B Felony, on July 24; and one count of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, on the same date, in an amount less than 2 grams, a Class D Felony; and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, methamphetamine, a Class D Felony.

Zachary M. Abner, 29, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 29 of one count of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Subsequent Offense, a Class B Felony, on July 24; and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, methamphetamine, a Class D Felony; and one count of  Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, on the same date, in an amount less than 2 grams, a Class D Felony.

Shelby K. Maddox, 29, white female, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 29 on one count of Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles on October 8, 2019 for introducing a prohibited article, namely a controlled substance, into a correctional facility, a Class C Felony.

Leon C. Jordan, 35, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on July 29 of one count of Failure to Appear on July 12 to answer for the charges: one count of Theft of Property, a Class C Felony; One count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance, a Class D Felony; one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Leon Carlton Jordan, 25, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on August 2 of one count of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, on July 28 for being a convicted felon in unlawful possession of a firearm, a Class B Felony.

Isiaha Tylor Sipe, 24, white male, was accused by the Prosecuting Attorney on August 3 for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (methamphetamine) on February 1, a Class D Felony.
