The annual Fast Cats conditioning program kicked off, Monday July 10. Fast Cats is a 3 week speed and conditioning program for all athletes K-12th grade. The camp runs Monday-Thursday each week until the last day on Thursday, July 27. Fast Cats starts each day at 7 a.m. Male athletes, 8th-12th grade trains from 7-8:30 a.m. High school girls, 7th grade boys, and elementary age boy and girl athletes will train from 8:30-10 a.m. In the event of bad weather, all camp activities will be conducted inside some of the school facilities. A Fast Cat T-shirt is issued to all campers who signed up. An additional camp t-shirt will be given to all of the campers with 100% attendance over the course of the training program.
