Justin White, 20, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Driving on Suspended License, No Liability Insurance, and Unsafe Vehicle – Defective Equipment after a traffic stop on Dallas Avenue.
