A report of harassment was taken at a residence on Morrow Street.

Jody Cook, 19, was charged with Battery, Criminal Mischief, and Public Intoxication at Executive Inn.

John Phillips, 58, was charged with Obstructing Government Operations, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication on 12th Street.

Letia Turner, 43, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at EZ Mart.

A report of Commercial Burglary, Theft of Vehicle, Breaking or Entering, and Criminal Mischief at Aleshire Electric.

Ricky Wright, 49, was served with a warrant on Southerland Avenue.
