Arkansas State Police have released the identity of the Mena man killed in a motorcycle accident that occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. yesterday. Merion Dwayne Morris, age 52 of Mena was killed when his 1999 Honda Motorcycle struck a 2006 Lexus as he was driving north on Hwy 71 in clear weather conditions. The report filed by Arkansas State Trooper Corporal Mike Thomas did not contain any other details of the accident.
Morris was the owner of Mena Feed & Supply and Farmhouse Health Food Store. Both were recently featured as Pulse Business of the Week.
