Deputies of the Polk County Sheriff’s Department are currently executing a search warrant south of Mena where four people have been arrested and booked into the Polk County Detention Center.
Officers began the search around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon where, allegedly, a large amount of guns and methamphetamine were discovered. Arrested so far in the incident are Lance Wayne Harjo, age 43, Jason Gene Myers, age 38, and Xabrina Kahn Cunningham, age 28, all of Mena. A fourth person was arrested and later released with no charges.
Harjo has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with the Purpose to Deliver Greater than 10 grams but Less than 200 grams; Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms; Theft by Receiving; Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons; Defacing a Firearm; Delivery of Methamphetamine or Cocaine Less than 2 grams. His bond has been set at $25,000.
Myers has been charged with Carrying a Weapon and his bond was set at $1,125.
Cunningham has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with the Purpose to Deliver, Greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams. No bond was listed on the report.
