The following information was received from Polk County law enforcement agencies. The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts. Individuals charged and whose names appear in this column may submit documentation to us at a later date that the charges have been dismissed, or that they have been found innocent, and we will include that information in this space in a timely manner.
Stephen H. Hobbs, white male, 33, is accused of one count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine, in the amount of two grams or more but less than ten grams, a class C felony; one count possession of a schedule IV or V controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, both on Sept. 12.
Justin Ashley, white male, 27, is accused of one count possession of firearms by certain persons, as a convicted felon, a class D felony, on Sept. 10.
Anthony M. Robertson, white male, 30, is accused of one count possession of a schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than two grams, a class D felony; one count possession of drug paraphernalia for the purpose of using methamphetamine, a class D felony, on Sept. 11.
The accusations are those of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office of the 18th West Judicial District in the Circuit Court of the State of Arkansas. Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
