COUNT I: DELIVERY OF METHAMPHETAMINE OR COCAINE,In violation of Ark. Code Ann. § 5-64-422(b )(1 ), that on or about June 11, 2018, the said defendant did, acting alone or as an accomplice, deliver METHAMPHETAMINE to another person in a quantity of less than two (2g) by aggregate weight including diluents or adulterants, constituting a Class “C” Felony,
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.
DAVID MARSHALL FRASER
COUNT I: POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I or SCHEDULE II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, In violation of Ark. Code Ann.§ 5-64-419(b)(l)(A), In that on or about February 5, 2019 the said defendant, unlawfully possessed methamphetamine, a Schedule Il controlled substance, in an amount of Two grams (2g) or less, said possession constituting a Class “D” Felony
