Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Lee Lane near Mena in reference to a verbal domestic dispute.

An incident at a business near Mena led to the arrest of Stephanie Powell, 49, of Hodgen on charges of DWI, Drinking in Public, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Also arrested was Dennis Heiskill, 39, of Mena on a charge of Public Intoxication.
