Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Carter Creek Lane near Mena in reference to someone inside the house leading to the arrest of Tera Lott, 40, of Mena on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of a Schedule IV or V Controlled Substance, and two charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Also arrested was Melissa Dehart, 35, of Mena on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine, Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
