Isaiah Kelley, 22, of Mena was arrested on a Body Attachment.
Joseph Stubbs, 48, of Mena was arrested on a Body Attachment.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 32 near Cove in reference to a trespasser leading to the arrest of Windal Loyd, 44, of Mena on a charge of Criminal Trespass.
Deputies responded to a report of harassing communications. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.
Rodney Wafford, 38, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for harassment.
Deputies responded to a report of Identity Fraud.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 278 near Wickes in reference to a domestic battery.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 19 near Cove in reference to livestock running at large.
Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a dispute amongst neighbors.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to interference with child custody.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 220 near Cove in reference to a domestic dispute.

Deputies responded to a report of a missing person. The subject was later located.
Juston Wikel, 40, of Cove was arrested on two Failure to Appear Warrants.
April 12, 2025
A vehicle in the ditch on Polk 74 near Acorn led to the arrest of Montana Velasquez, 21, of Mena on charges of DWI, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, and Careless and Prohibited Driving.
A traffic stop on Hwy 71 near Mena led to the arrest of Estes Anderson, 62, of Memphis, TN on charges of DWI, Careless Driving, and Driving on a Suspended or Revoked Driver’s License.
Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle accident on Polk 31 near Cove. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.
Robert Drafts, 70, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Harassment and 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
A traffic stop near Mena led to the arrest of Jeffery Labossoinniere, 55, of Mena on a charge of Public Intoxication and on a warrant for 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.
April 13, 2025
Deputies responded to a report of an issue with a child custody exchange.
Donnie Dollarhyde, 51, of Mena was arrested on five Failure to Appear Warrants.
Angela Carlile, 45, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance.
Crystal Knapp, 48, of Mena was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.
