Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 107 near Acorn in reference to a trespasser leading to the arrest of John Fagan, 22, of Mena on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to financial fraud.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to criminal trespassing.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Tims Lane near Hatfield in reference to harassment. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

 

June 4, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 N near Acorn in reference to an unattended death.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Harris Street near Hatfield in reference to a verbal altercation leading to the arrest of Nathan Yates, 51, of Hatfield on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, 2nd Degree Battery, and Obstructing Governmental Operations.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 73 near Ink in reference to the report of a trespasser stealing property. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

 

June 5, 2025

Deputies responded to a report of threats being made. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

John Murphy, 38, of Hatfield was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a warrant for Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements and on a Parole Hold.

Kia Cottman, 38, of Hot Springs was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant.

 

June 6, 2025

A traffic stop on Reine Street led to the arrest of Anthony Britton, 37, of Hatfield on charges of Reckless Driving, Improper Passing, and Disobeying a Stop Sign.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 near Mena in reference to a scam.

 

June 7, 2025

Chicoty Shomo, 42, of Grannis was arrested by an officer with the Grannis Police Department on charges of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct.

 

June 8, 2025

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on N Lewis Street near Cove in reference to a trespasser.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 54 near Mena in reference to a trespasser.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Deer Park Lane near Mena in reference to a dispute.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hidden Lane near Mena in reference to an altercation leading to the arrest of Gerald Aleshire, 28, of Mena on charges of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery, Residential Burglary, Aggravated Assault, and Disorderly Conduct.
