Deputies responded to a report of a Violation of a No Contact Order. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Robert Berkey, 40, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for 4th Degree Sexual Assault.

Jesse Zamora, 43, of Mena was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant.

Tyler Everett, 34, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Theft of Property.

Jessica McDaniel, 32, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for 2nd Degree Terroristic Threatening.

David White, 63, of Mena was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Raphael Overturf, 21, of Mena was arrested by an officer with Probation Parole on a Drug Court Sanction.

Shawn Holliday, 38, of Mena was arrested on a Warrant for 1st Degree Domestic Battery.

 

June 9, 2026

Deputies responded to a residence on Polk 32 near Cove in reference to an unruly juvenile leading to the issuance of a citation for Disorderly Conduct.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on North Eve Street in Mena in reference to a physical domestic disturbance leading to the arrest of Rodney McQueen, 48, of Mena on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery and three counts of 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to littering on Polk 51 near Mena.

Zackery Summit, 33, of Cove was arrested on warrants for Fleeing, Reckless Driving, Improper Passing, Driving Left of Center, and Failure to Appear.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 54 near Mena in reference to the possible Violation of a No Contact Order.

 

June 10, 2026

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to mailboxes being damaged on Polk 61 near Board Camp.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 58 near Nunley in reference to a physical altercation leading to the arrest of Michael Williams, 27, of Mena on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

Roma Potter, 42, of Mena was arrested on charges of Maintaining a Drug Premises, Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joshua Smith, 34, of Mena was arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 414 near Hatfield in reference to an unattended death.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 S near Mena in reference to a theft of property.

 

June 12, 2026

Deputies responded to a report of a Violation of a No Contact Order.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 18 near Cove in reference to an unwanted individual on the property.

 

June 14, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on McLaughlin Lane near Wickes in reference to a  death.

Deputies were dispatched to vehicle accident on Hwy 270 near Acorn leading to the arrest of Christian Lovell, 29, of Horatio on a charge of DWI.

 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office worked 3 vehicle accidents this week.
