Precious are their memories; joyous times they never want to forget; memories that evoke love and happiness but also heartache. There is no easy holiday for parents who have lost a child but Remember Hearts Forever wants to offer their friendship and support. In honor of Mother’s Day, they ask that anyone who has lost a child/grandchild or sibling to join them Saturday, May 11th from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at their memorial garden in front of the Polk County Courthouse. Bring a lawn chair and snack to share (but not required).
Remembering Hearts Forever is a support group for families who are dealing with the passing of a child, grandchild, or sibling at any age no matter the cause. Mother’s Day is a very hard holiday to celebrate even if you still have surviving children; let us help this Saturday.
