After finishing off a great regular season and putting on a great show in their District Tournament, finishing runner-up, Zeb Wilson and Payton Medlin of the Mena High School ‘Rally-Cats’ Tennis team are competing in the 4A Boys State Tennis Tournament at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, as doubles partners.
On Monday, in the first round of the tournament, Wilson and Medlin defeated Keaton Coker and Will Maynard of Stuttgart (6-0, 6-1). Moving on to the second round, the Rally-Cats put an end to the Arkadelphia Badgers championship hopes, defeating Harrison Shuffield and Henry Hunley (6-0, 6-1).
