Deputies responded to a report of a dog bite victim.

Carrie Gore, 46, of Fort Smith was arrested on two Failure to Appear Warrants.

Correy Timmons, 34, of Mena was arrested on a 2nd Degree Forgery Warrant.

 

January 13, 2026

Deputies responded to a residence on Polk 31 near Hatfield in reference to a disturbance leading to the arrest of Joseph Morton, 43, of Hatfield on charges of 2nd Degree Battery on Law Enforcement, 2nd Degree Assault on a Family or Household Member, 2nd Degree Criminal Mischief, and Resisting Arrest. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Deputies responded to a residence on Hwy 8 E near Mena in reference to harassment. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 42 near Mena in reference to a physical disturbance leading to the arrest of Walter Solowianiuk, 75, of Mena on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault on a Family or Household Member.

Juston Wikel, 41, of Cove was arrested on a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jason Davis, 50, of Mena was arrested by a trooper with the Arkansas State Police on charges of No Seatbelt, Careless and Prohibited Driving, DWI, Improper Window Tint, and Open Container Containing Alcohol in Motor Vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Winter Lane near Hatfield in reference to a stolen vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on N Lewis Street near Cove in reference to financial fraud.

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a physical altercation. Information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney for further consideration.

Larry Garrett, 46, of Mena was arrested on six Failure to Appear Warrants.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 S near Grannis in reference to an unattended death.
