A report of theft was taken from Walmart.

Tyler Brumley, 22, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance after a traffic stop on Highway 71.

Darrell Goss, 64, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Highway 71.

 

February 10 

A report of criminal mischief was taken from a person at McDonald’s.

Anthony Robertson, 34, was charged with Criminal Trespass at Walmart.

Kent Schnetzler, 72, was charged with Theft of Property at Walmart.

 

February 11

James Cochran, 49, was charged with Theft of Property at Walmart.

 

February 12

A report of theft was taken from a walk-in complainant.

A report of disorderly conduct was taken at LaVilla.

A report of endangering the welfare of a juvenile was taken on Meadowbrook Drive.

Donny McCandless, 43, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest at the Polk County Office Complex.

 

February 13

A report of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was taken after a traffic stop on Highway 71.

Canaan Petite, 25, was served with a warrant at the county jail.

Vickie Ramirez, 48, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and served with a warrant after a traffic stop on 3rd Street.
