Acorn Season Ends at State

The Acorn Lady Tigers saw their season come to an end Tuesday afternoon in the opening round of the Class 2A State Tournament at Quitman High School. The Lady Tigers fell to Riverside 55-38.

Coach Mike Jackson’s Lady Tigers finished the season with an outstanding 31-5 record. They were the undefeated 2A Region 7 regular season and conference tournament champions. They also claimed the 2A South Regional Tournament championship. Congratulations to the Acorn Lady Tigers!
